Gourmet Your Way began in Jackson, Tennessee in 2001 with a simple goal: serve dependable, high-quality food with care. What started in the home kitchen of Ben and Paige Hays has grown into a trusted food service partner in the Jackson community and beyond.

In 2025, Gourmet Your Way entered an exciting new chapter under the new ownership led by Paola Angel and Casey Burns. Paola brings over 15 years of experience managing Cheesecake Factory locations across the U.S. She leads the day-to-day operations of Gourmet Your Way, building on its roots while delivering quality catering experiences with the convenience loyal customers already know and trust.
